.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge remains centered just NE of
Bermuda and will persist through early Wed before shifting WSW 
and weakening. Fresh trade winds and moderate seas will 
gradually subside across the region through Tue night. A 
tropical wave is expected to move across the eastern Caribbean 
Thu through Fri night with shower activity.
