.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge remains centered just W of Bermuda
and will persist through late Wed before weakening. Fresh trade 
winds and seas to 8 ft will gradually subside across the region 
tonight through Wed. A tropical wave is expected to move across 
the eastern Caribbean Thu through Fri night.
