.SYNOPSIS...The combination of broad surface high pressure
across the west-central Atlantic with lower pressures in the 
Caribbean will support fresh trade winds and moderate seas 
across the region through the weekend. Winds will diminish
to moderate early next week, then increase again by mid week as
the ridge builds north of the area.
