.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds are expected across 
the region during the next couple of days, supported by a broad
ridge to the north and lower pressures in the Caribbean and
further enhanced by a tropical wave that is near 70W. Winds will
diminish to gentle to moderate speeds on Wed as the tropical 
wave moves away from the region.
