.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds are expected across 
the region during the next couple of days, supported by a broad
ridge to the north and lower pressures in the Caribbean. Winds 
will diminish to gentle to moderate speeds on Tue after a
tropical wave and surface trough move away from the area.
