.SYNOPSIS...The subtropical ridge and the passage of both a 
surface trough to the N of the island and a tropical wave will 
support moderate to fresh trade winds across the region during the
next couple of days. Winds will diminish to gentle to moderate 
speeds on Tue after these features move westward away from the 
area.
