.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure and the passage of both a
surface trough to the N of the island and a tropical wave will
support mainly fresh trade winds across the region the next
couple of days. Winds will diminish to gentle to moderate speeds
on Tue after these features move westward away from the area.
