.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh trade winds with moderate
seas are expected to continue through the forecast period as 
surface ridging extending from the Azores high to the northern 
Caribbean remains in place. Also, these winds will be modulated 
by the passage of a tropical wave moving across the eastern
Caribbean tonight through Tue night.
