.SYNOPSIS...A broad surge of strong winds, high seas, and active
weather is expected to move across the local area through the 
weekend in association with a strong tropical wave currently 
along 67W. Winds and seas will moderate beginning Sun evening, 
with moderate to fresh trade winds then prevailing into mid week.
