.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds and building seas will prevail
today as Potential Tropical Cyclone Two moves across the 
southern Caribbean. A surge in winds and seas are also expected 
during the upcoming weekend in association with a tropical wave 
that will move across the eastern Caribbean.
