.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge will support the continuation of  
moderate to fresh easterly winds across the local area through
tonight. Winds and seas are forecast to increase across the 
Caribbean waters Wed morning through Thu as Potential Tropical 
Cyclone Two moves across the southern Caribbean. A surge in winds
and seas are also expected during the upcoming weekend in 
association with a tropical wave moving across the eastern 
Caribbean.
