.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Two near 8.7N 52.8W 1009 
mb at 11 PM EDT moving W at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt 
gusts 45 kt. Two will move well to the south of Puerto Rico Tue
night through Wed night. The pressure gradient between the
north-central Atlantic ridge, Two and a strong tropical wave
approaching the Island over the upcoming weekend will maintain
moderate to fresh winds across the regional waters with moderate
seas.
