.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Two near 8.6N 50.9W 1009 mb 
at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 16 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts
40 kt. Two will move to 9.3N 53.5W Tue morning, 10.1N 57.3W Tue 
afternoon, 10.8N 61.4W Wed morning, 11.4N 65.5W Wed afternoon, 
11.8N 69.1W Thu morning, and 12.1N 72.7W Thu afternoon. Two will 
change little in intensity as it moves to the 12.2N 79.0W Fri 
afternoon. Fresh trade winds will prevail across the regional 
waters through Tue night as Atlantic high pressure remains 
centered well north of the area.
