.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will prevail across the regional
waters through Tue night as Atlantic high pressure remains 
centered well north of the area. A strong tropical wave is 
expected to cross the Lesser Antilles late Tue and move quickly 
across the eastern Caribbean Sea Wed and Wed night, accompanied 
by a broad surge in winds and seas. Environmental conditions 
appear conducive for further development of this wave, and a 
tropical depression is likely to form during the next few days 
before the system reaches the Windward Islands Tuesday night or 
while moving westward across the southern Caribbean Sea Wednesday
through Friday. Another strong tropical wave will enter the E 
Caribbean late Fri.
