.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds will continue today, then 
become fresh tonight through Tue night as Atlantic high pressure
remains centered well north of the area. A strong tropical wave 
is expected to cross the Lesser Antilles late Tue and move 
through the eastern Caribbean Sea Wed and Wed night, accompanied
by a broad surge in winds and seas. Environmental conditions 
appear conducive for further development of this wave, and a 
tropical depression is likely to form during the early to middle
part of the upcoming week as it moves generally westward.
