.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds will prevail through Mon as 
Atlantic high pressure remains centered well north of the area. A
strong tropical wave is expected to cross the Lesser Antilles 
late Tue and move through the eastern Caribbean Sea Wed and Wed 
night, accompanied by a broad surge in winds and seas. 
Environmental conditions are conducive for development of this 
wave over the next several days as it moves generally westward.
