.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail through early
next week as Atlantic high pressure remains centered well north 
of the area. A strong tropical wave is expected to cross the 
Lesser Antilles late Tue and pass S of the local area Wed
through Wed night. Increasing winds and seas are expected near 
the wave along with scattered showers and thunderstorms.
