.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail through early
next week as the Atlantic high pressure ridge remains centered
over the central Atlantic near 40N. A strong tropical wave is
expected to cross the Lesser Antilles late Tue and pass S of the
local area Wed through Wed night.
