.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge will remain centered across the 
NE Atlantic through Mon and support mainly moderate winds across
the Atlantic waters, and moderate to fresh winds across the
Caribbean waters. Winds and seas will diminish slightly through 
the middle of the week as the ridge weakens.
