.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure will remain in place through 
the week. Expect moderate ESE winds in the Atlantic, and moderate
to fresh E winds in the Caribbean, with slight to moderate seas 
across the regional waters through the week. Small northerly 
swell will continue across the northern waters through Fri. High 
pressure will strengthen across the W Atlc Fri through the 
weekend and freshen local trade winds.
