.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure extends from the E Atlc SW to
the central Bahamas and will remain in place through the week. 
Expect moderate ESE winds in the Atlantic, and moderate to fresh
E winds in the Caribbean, with slight to moderate seas across
the regional waters through the week. Small northerly swell from
Post-tropical Alex will move into the regional waters today. 
High pressure will strengthen across the W Atlc Fri through the 
weekend and freshen local trade winds.
