.SYNOPSIS...The subtropical ridge north of the area will
maintain gentle to moderate trade winds across the regional 
waters through the period. Seas are expected to be slight to 
moderate during this time. Potential Tropical Cyclone One
offshore of the NE coast of Yucatan Peninsula near 22.3N 86.6W 
1003 mb at 0900 UTC moving NE at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35
kt gusts 45 kt. One will move NE today and reach Tropical Storm
across the southeast Gulf of Mexico this afternoon, move NE 
across S central Florida through Sat, reaching near to 27.1N 
80.5W Sat afternoon, then accelerate NE across the W Atlc and 
reach near 31.0N 74.0W Sun afternoon and exit the region north of
31N Sun night.
