.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist over the central Atlantic
through early Wed to sustain mainly moderate E to SE tradewinds 
over the area into tonight. As the ridge builds westward and 
across the NE Caribbean Wed through Sat, winds and seas are 
expected to increase across the regional waters.
