.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough stretches across eastern Bahamas,
Haiti and into the central Caribbean, producing some showers and 
tstorms. The trough will continue to move away from the San Juan
waters. However, divergence aloft may allow for scattered 
showers and isolated tstorms to affect the Atlantic waters. 
Moderate to fresh trades will persist through midweek, especially
in the Caribbean waters, diminishing to mainly moderate later in
the week.
