.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends across the Leeward Islands 
into the E Caribbean and it is forecast to move northwestward
this weekend into early next week. Abundant moisture and
divergence aloft is expected to result in periods of heavy 
rainfall over parts of the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and 
Hispaniola tonight through early next week. The rains may 
produce localized flooding across portions of these islands. 
Through the forecast period, moderate to occasionally fresh 
trades will dominate the Atlantic waters, while moderate to fresh
trades will prevail across the Caribbean waters. The N-NE swell 
arriving from the Atlantic will diminish on Sat.
