.SYNOPSIS...Gentle NE to E winds in the Atlantic waters will 
increase to moderate to fresh Sun night and continue into early 
next week. Moderate to fresh trades in the Caribbean will persist
through the weekend. Hazardous N to NE swell will continue 
across the Atlantic waters through tonight. A surface trough 
will move northwestward across the region Fri into the weekend. 
Abundant moisture and divergence aloft is expected to result in 
periods of heavy rainfall over parts of the Virgin Islands, 
Puerto Rico and Hispaniola Fri night through Sun night. The rains
may produce localized flooding across portions of these islands.
