.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate NE to E winds in the Atlantic will
increase to moderate to fresh this weekend into early next week.
Moderate to fresh trades in the Caribbean increase to fresh this
weekend. Hazardous N to NE swell will continue across the 
Atlantic waters through the end of the week. A surface trough 
will move northwestward across the region Fri into the weekend.
Abundant moisture and divergence aloft is expected to result in 
periods of heavy rainfall over parts of the Virgin Islands, 
Puerto Rico and Hispaniola Fri night through Sun night. The rains
may produce localized flooding across portions of these islands.
