.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to ESE trades will continue
through Thu night, then become moderate by Fri. A surface trough
currently extending from 31N64W to the N coast of Haiti will 
gradually move further W of the area through Thu before 
dissipating Thu night. A mid to upper-level trough W of the area 
continues to support showers and thunderstorms over western 
portions of the regional waters tonight.
