.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to ESE trades will continue
through Thu night, then become moderate by Fri. A surface trough
currently extending from 29N68W to the N coast of Haiti will 
move north of area through this evening and dissipate by Thu. A 
mid to upper-level trough W of the area is likely to enhance 
showers and thunderstorms through this evening over western 
portions of the regional waters.
