.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to ESE trades will diminish to 
mostly moderate by this afternoon. Moderate trades will then 
persist through the weekend. A surface trough currently extending
from 29N68W to the N coast of Haiti will move north of area today 
and dissipate by Thu. A mid to upper-level trough W of the area 
is likely to enhance showers and thunderstorms through this 
morning over western portions of the regional waters.
