.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to ESE trades will diminish to 
mostly moderate by late Wed morning. Moderate trades will then
persist through the weekend. A surface trough currently 
extending from 30N69W to the E tip of Cuba will move north of 
area Wed and dissipate by Thu. A mid to upper-level trough W of 
the area could enhance showers and thunderstorms through Wed 
morning over western portions of the regional waters.
