.SYNOPSIS...Fresh E to ESE trades will diminish to mostly 
moderate by tonight. A surface trough currently extending from 
31N75W to E Cuba will move north of area by midweek and 
dissipate by Thu. A mid to upper-level trough W of the area will 
enhance showers and thunderstorms through Wed morning over W 
portions of the regional waters. Scattered heavier showers
remains possible over E Dominican Republic.
