.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trades will continue through today before 
diminishing to moderate to locally fresh for the remainder of the
week. A surface trough currently extending from 31N75W to eastern
Cuba will move north of area by midweek and dissipate by Thu. A 
mid to upper-level trough west of the area will enhance showers 
and thunderstorms through late today over western portions of 
the regional waters. However, most of the heavier activity will 
remain north of Hispaniola.
