.SYNOPSIS..Fresh trades will continue through early Tue before
diminishing slightly to moderate to locally fresh for the
remainder of the week as a surface trough over the Bahamas moves
eastward. A mid to upper-level trough just west of the area will
lead to an enhancement of showers and thunderstorms, mainly 
across western portions of the regional waters today through late
Tue, with heavier thunderstorms closer to Hispaniola. The trough
will then shift slowly E to the N coast of Hispaniola through 
Wed, then dissipate Wed night through Thu.
