.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades will prevail through Sun morning, 
then become light to gentle Sun afternoon through Mon. Winds 
will gradually increase to moderate to fresh during midweek. 
Easterly trade-wind swell will subside across the southern 
regional waters by the end of the weekend, and the northern 
regional waters later tonight. A moderate northerly swell might 
enter the northern regional waters on Tue.
