.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades will prevail through Sun, becoming 
light to gentle Sun night through Mon. Winds will gradually 
increase to moderate to fresh once again by Tue through Wed. 
Easterly trade- wind swell will subside across the southern 
regional waters by the end of the weekend, and the northern 
regional waters by tonight. A moderate northerly swell might 
enter the northern regional waters on Tue.
