.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will prevail tonight,
becoming become gentle to moderate Sat through Mon night. Winds
will gradually increase by Tue. Easterly trade- wind swell will 
continue to affect the southern regional waters through midweek 
next week, and the northern regional waters through Mon night. A 
moderate northerly swell might enter the northern regional waters
on Tue.
