.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will prevail through Sat
afternoon. Winds will become gentle to moderate Sat night 
through Mon, and then increase gradually starting Tue. Easterly 
trade-wind swell will continue to affect the southern regional 
waters through midweek next week, and the northern regional
waters through Mon night. A moderate northerly swell might enter
the northern regional waters on Tue.
