.SYNOPSIS...The passage of a central Atlantic trough N of the
Island will allow for moderate to fresh northeast winds across 
the regional waters through early in the evening today. Moderate
to fresh trades will resume Fri evening, and continue through 
Sun. Gentle to moderate trade winds are expected afterwards
continuing through Mon night. Otherwise, northeast swell will 
continue to affect the tropical Atlantic waters and Caribbean Sea
passages through Sat.
