.SYNOPSIS...The passage of a central Atlantic trough N of the
Island will allow for moderate to fresh northeast winds across 
the regional waters through early Thu evening. Moderate to fresh 
trades will resume Fri in the evening, and continue through Sun. 
Otherwise, northeast swell will continue to affect the tropical 
Atlantic waters and Caribbean Sea passages through Sat.
