.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough moving westward towards the SW N
Atlantic waters will support moderate to fresh NE winds across
the regional waters through early Thu evening. Moderate to fresh
trades will resume Fri in the evening, and continue through Sun. 
Otherwise, NE swell will continue to affect the tropical 
Atlantic waters and Caribbean Sea passages through Sat night.
