.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure over the north-central Atlantic
will support moderate to fresh easterly winds across the
regional waters through today. A surface trough moving north of 
the area tonight will be backing the winds to northeasterly 
winds. Moderate to fresh NE winds will then diminish to gentle
to moderate speeds on Fri. Otherwise, NE swell will continue to 
affect the tropical Atlantic waters and Caribbean Sea passages 
through Sat night.
