.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure over the north-central Atlantic
will support moderate to fresh easterly winds across the
regional waters through Tue. A surface trough will develop north
of the area by Tue night, thus backing the winds to
northeasterly winds. Moderate to fresh NE winds will then 
diminish to gentle to moderate speeds on Fri. Otherwise, NE swell
will continue to affect the tropical Atlantic waters and 
Caribbean passages through the period.
