.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will briefly increase to
fresh to strong speeds in the Caribbean regional waters Wed night 
and Thu night. Moderate to fresh winds will gradually decrease to
gentle to moderate Fri to Sat and increase back to moderate to
fresh winds the remainder weekend. Seas will build in fresh NE 
swell in the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages Wed through 
the end of the week.
