.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds tonight will increase to fresh to
strong early Fri as the pressure gradient increases across the 
area. The fresh to strong winds will then continue through Sat
night. Seas will increase Fri over the Atlantic and Caribbean
waters, in accordance with these stronger winds. Moderate to 
fresh trades are expected Sun through Tue night.
