.SYNOPSIS...MOderate to large N-NE swell over the Atlantic 
waters and Caribbean Passages will continue to diminish through 
tonight. Active weather will continue across the area through 
this evening as an upper level low pressure system persists SW of
Puerto Rico and combines with an old frontal trough lingering E 
to W across the area. Surface high pressure north of the area 
will support moderate to fresh trade winds through mid week.
