.SYNOPSIS...An upper level low pressure just W of the area will 
combine with the front to maintain active weather across the
Caribbean waters through Sun. Large N-NE swell over the 
Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages will gradually diminish 
tonight through Sun night. High presure north of the area will
support moderate to fresh trade winds through mid week.
