.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold frontal boundary sinking S across Puerto
Rico and the northern VI will meander across the Caribbean waters 
tonight and Sun. Upper level low pressure just W of the area 
will combine with the front to maintain active weather across the
area through Sun. Fresh to locally strong trade winds over the 
Atlantic waters and moderate to locally fresh winds across the 
Caribbean waters will diminishing tonight and Sun. Large N-NE 
swell over the Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages will 
gradually diminish tonight through Sun night.
