.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold frontal boundary sinking S across the 
Atlc waters today will become stationary across Puerto Rico and 
the northern VI tonight. Upper level low pressure just W of
the area will combine with the front to maintain active weather
across the area through Sun. High pressure NE of Bermuda will 
support fresh to locally strong trade winds over the Atlantic 
waters and moderate to locally fresh winds across the Caribbean 
waters today before gradually diminishing tonight and Sun. Large
N-NE swell over the Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages will 
begin to gradually diminish tonight through Sun night.
