.SYNOPSIS...High pressure to the north of the region will 
support fresh to locally strong trade winds over the Atlantic 
waters while mainly moderate to locally fresh winds will prevail 
across the Caribbean waters through Sat. Large N-NE swell over 
the Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages will persist through 
the weekend.
